Who we are
WIGUEL (wiguel.com) is a website of free skill minigames that you play in your browser, run from Spain. For any question about this policy or your data, write to paguel2004@gmail.com.
What we collect
You don’t need an account to play, and we don’t ask for your name, email or any other personal details. The games don’t send your scores to us.
Data stored on your device
To make the games work, your browser keeps a few small values in its local storage on your own device:
- your best score in each game,
- the language you chose for the games (English or Spanish),
- whether game sound and vibration are on or off.
These values never leave your device. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
Cookies
When you choose an option in our cookie banner, we store that choice in a cookie so we don’t ask you again. It lasts 365 days. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings.
We currently don’t use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them in the future, they will only be set after you accept them, and we will update this policy first.
Third parties
Our pages and games load everything from our own server: we don’t load third-party fonts, tracking scripts or ads. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
Your rights
Under data protection law (GDPR) you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Write to paguel2004@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
