About WIGUEL
WIGUEL (wiguel.com) is a free website of skill minigames run from Spain. Contact: paguel2004@gmail.com. By using the site you accept these terms; if you create a player, you also confirm you accept them.
Players
To create a player you must be 14 or older, or have the permission of your parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your PIN private. Player names must not impersonate other people or be insulting, hateful or sexual; we may rename or delete players that break this rule.
Fair play
Scores must come from real games. Do not use bots, scripts or any other way to send fake scores. Scores that are not plausible are not counted, and we may remove from the rankings and tournaments, or delete, players who cheat.
Tournament chat
You are responsible for what you write. It is not allowed to post illegal content, threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, personal data of other people, spam or links to scams.
Messages are not checked before they appear. Anyone in a tournament can report a message with the flag button, and anyone can report content by email. We review reports as soon as possible; when content breaks the law or these rules, we delete it and may delete the player who wrote it. If we act on content you posted, you can write to us to ask why or to disagree with the decision. Chat messages are deleted automatically after 7 days.
Content and liability
The games, designs and texts of WIGUEL belong to WIGUEL; you may play and share links to them, but not copy or republish them. The site is provided as it is, free of charge; we try to keep it working, but we cannot guarantee it is always available or free of errors, and scores, rankings or tournaments may be reset if needed.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Spanish law. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
